Huh? I don't think I've ever looked at it that way. It's probably because there is no explaining such a feeling for others to understand even remotely close to how it is you feel inside. I just never felt that anyone had a choice to feel what he or she felt. I always figured it was just something that over powered one's mind and made them do things they never thought they would or even could.
At first, I wasn't really sure if I liked hearing that love is a choice. I didn't see any beauty in having choice to love someone, but then I got to thinking... if love really is by choice, then that explains relationships. We choose qualities for compatibility and we choose to do sweet things for someone to show we care about them. On the other hand, there are people who choose to cheat and choose to lie and hide things from one another. People choose to make relationships work. It's all about finding worth in maintaining or preserving that feeling that drives one's choices.
Lol, ohhhh the things I end up thinking about after mass on a Sunday afternoon.
